Empty the wardrobes and drawers, and we'll move the beds, sofas and dressers within reason. If a room is stripped out already that's fine too. Anything heavier or fragile (pianos, gun safes) we'll ask about in the quote.
Yes, always. It's not an extra. Old carpet, underlay, gripper rods and all the offcuts go with us. Your recycling bin stays empty.
We can, occasionally, if there's capacity. We can't guarantee stock we haven't sourced ourselves, so warranties get tricky. Usually cheaper and faster to let us supply and fit as one job.
Most home visits happen within 3 to 5 days. Fitting itself usually starts 1 to 2 weeks after you approve the quote, depending on stock and how full the diary is that week.
Yes. Public liability up to 2 million, and every fitter is directly employed and DBS-cleared. Certificates on request if you want them.
